Welcome to Pure Ship Logistics. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Use of Service
We provide you with a unique address for receiving packages. You are strictly responsible for ensuring that goods shipped to this address comply with all US, Chinese, and Jamaican export and import laws.
2. Restricted and Prohibited Items
Users are forbidden from shipping hazardous materials, cash, perishable foods, firearms, ammunition, camouflage clothing, toy guns, and other items restricted under the Jamaica Customs Act.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You authorize Pure Ship Logistics to clear your packages through Jamaica Customs on your behalf. You are responsible for the payment of all customs duties, taxes, and related fees levied by the Jamaican Government.

1. Information Collection
We collect necessary information such as your name, address, email, phone number, and valid Government ID (TRN or Driver's License) to fulfill shipping and customs clearance requirements.

Your data is used strictly for account management, communicating updates regarding your packages, and processing clearances with the Jamaica Customs Agency.
3. Data Security
We implement robust security measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access. We do not sell your personal data to third-party organizations.
Shipping Policy
Our commitment is to ensure your packages are delivered safely and within the designated time frames.
1. Delivery Timelines
Air Freight typically arrives rapidly from the USA and within 10-14 days from China. Sea freight arrives within 2-3 weeks from the USA and up to 6-8 weeks from China. Please note that customs processing times are external to these shipping times.
2. Pick-ups & Local Delivery
Once a package has cleared customs, you will be notified. Packages can be picked up at our Mandeville office or delivered locally via Knutsford Express or other agreed options (additional local delivery fees may apply).
3. Claims and Insurance
Insurance coverage is standard on items. If an item is lost or damaged while in our care, a claim must be submitted with the original invoice within the stipulated notice period.
